Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. Are you guys JOKING? This man wanted his views to be heard for his kids to remember him by, for his students, and just a little of motivation for anyone... And you idiots are arguing about his religion. Anyway, this is completely moving... Wish I was there to hear it.

that makes me think more of him actually. he wasn't ignorant delusional and didn't believe in petty and foolish fairy tails. randy is my hero

If he'd accepted Christ on his deathbed it would have changed nothing except his internal struggles. that counts for something but...the ultimate "reality"does not depend on what you believe is...it depends on what is.

don't forget that Christianity and Islam have a lot of parallels.

hero status? you're kidding right? He was a man who gave a good speech and made lots of money. Why is he a hero? He died without sharing the truth about God with his kids. Nothing heroic about sending people to hell.

I wouldn't know. I'm not a christian . Or a Muslim . I think jesus is a corpse.

Is this available on DVD at all? Is there more or was this the true Last Lecture?
