Wesley Buell Frazier describes the package Oswald put in his car, and how he held it when he entered the TSBD.
Frazier described the package as "2" feet long. The Italian 6.5mm rifle the feds friends used to murder JKF could not be broken down to less than 3 feet sections. So it wasnt Oswald who bought the guns into the TSBD.
The feds ignored Frazier's testimony and, with their butt-licking supporters, lied again.

From Webster's 3rd New International Dictionary:
Citation: the act of citing verbatim the spoken, written, or printed words of another; the formal caption by which such a case is designated in citation; a quoted word or passage.
What Arther does is make vague references; I've never seen him cite anything, and the JFK assassination literature isn't exactly lacking in text to cite from.
